A two-night minimum applies on weekends, holidays, and during major wine country events.

Additional Fees
- Cleaning Fee — Applied to all reservations.
- Damage Insurance — A small fee covering accidental damage during your stay.
- SLO County Occupancy Tax — Required by San Luis Obispo County and applied to all bookings.
- Pool Heating (optional) — $250/day, available May 1–October 31. During summer months, Paso Robles temperatures typically keep the water warm on their own, especially with the pool cover closed when not in use.
All rates and fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
100% of booking charges are refunded if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. A 24-hour grace period with free cancellation applies after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at the time of booking.
